  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like opened cosmetics, skincare products, and personal care items cannot be returned.

2. Returns Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customer_support@salarcares.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
  • Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided by our customer support team.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive your returned items, our quality control team will inspect them.
  • If the products meet our return criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:
